Formulate a plan for implementing a total rewards program in order to ensure success of the programTo supplement the proposed changes to the total rewards program in the organization you have used for the first two assignments in the course and shared in the third assignment, the cumulative paper, you will develop an action or project plan for implementing the recommendations for the total rewards program. You summarized the project plan in the cumulative paper. Here you are encouraged to use a Gantt chart or similar graphic to display a timeline and the interdependence or sequence of the activities. However, a simple task list using software such as table in MS Word or Excel, will suffice.If you use a PowerPoint Presentation for sharing this final assignment, you will just copy, cut, and paste the charts into the presentation. You may also use a paper format for the information. The main part of this assignment is the chart that includes your list of tasks, who is responsible, and if any funding is required or other resources.A good action plan contains the following:specific and quantifiable stepsthe order in which those steps are to be takenthe individuals responsible for each stepthe individuals responsible for overall segments as applicablethe required resources for each step such as funding for the changes, review by the legal department, input from an expert; andthe approvals as applicablethe steps to evaluate the action plan (your metrics from assignment two)The timeline aids in the identification of success measures and issues/problems encountered and overcome. In week seven the class discussed some of the steps that should go into a project plan. I encourage to include those along with others you feel are necessary.Please submit this assignment separately in the appropriate Assignment location and not with your cumulative paper.Some students include a title page and short introduction with a description of the project plan or task list chart but only the chart is required if it supplies all the necessary information. If excel is being used, only one tab for the information is necessary. If using a Gantt, one page is all that is needed as long as all the information is included.
