Purpose of this assignment
Learner will gain an understanding of existing communication process in an organisation and suggest
systems to improve collection, formatting, storage and dissemination of information and knowledge.
Case Study
The management of Oman Refreshment Company (SAOG) is considering to introduce an online sales
and billing software (an information communication technology) and GPS system fitted in all vehicles
which will be linked to the employees in the sales department., production department, warehouse and
the accounts department which will improve their inventory management, accountability of the person
on field (sales), increasing process efficiency across Oman Refreshment Company, real time visibility
and thereby enabling Oman Refreshment Company to achieve its overall objectives with the help of
enhanced integrated communication within Oman Refreshment Company
