Social media has interfered on how clients and organizations communicate their activities in
online platforms. With the number of social media increasing, most of the public health organizations
have intensified their communication through these sites. Organizations prefer social media sites because
they have reduced the gap between those producing messages and those consuming messages. For
instance, National Institute of Health has initiated a platform in the twitter where it uses to handle various
communications to the customers. Through incorporating national health institute as study case the paper

Social media has enabled increased interactions especially among the patients seeking help from
