Problem Statement

Management perspective is a kind of practice or action in which leaders/managers of a
certain company will have to generalized their objective in handling the business or company.
Every company have their own perspective to have a successful and effective management. They
even obtained various techniques to just have enough formulation of their plans and activities
towards the growth of their business. In this paper, I would have to conduct the research on what
will be the best approach for the management challenges that happened in the organization. How
could an organization fix the challenges? And, what is the best model that would be suitable for
the approach that would be proposed? These are the research questions that I have to further
discussed and clearly search and study to come up with a good and valid information regarding
with the management perspective.
II.

Management Perspective

In this study, my chosen perspective regarding with the management is the formulation
plans that would have effective and best objectives for the benefits of both employees and
company's units. With this perspective, a leader should have to create a formal plan or strategy
that would surely result from better improvements for the performances of all employees. The
managers should also focus on the collaboration process in which they can have time to
communicate their employees and spent some amount of efforts to satisfy them through
communication within the workplace. A communication that could make them feel that they are
not just an employee, but rather, they are a part of the company that must be rewarded in
accordance with the perseverance at work. many employees today that has been discouraged
when it comes to the manager's attitude, the way of management, and their actions done in the
company. This is because, some of them have lack of collaboration strategies and also, lack of
enough understanding to their own employees. An organization should have a formal plan to
clearly estimate what and how should they make their management be more effective not only
for their employees but also, for the customers.

Management Challenge

In a certain organization, there always be management challenged happened. The
challenges obtained by the organization have been mostly depending on the management
strategies of a company management. Seeking a solutions for various challenges in management
is not difficult, but, it sometimes risky in a way of implementation, this is because, it would take
additional cost and efforts for the company, but, we have to always remember that it will be
effective if the management will accordingly follow and implement the plan properly and
sincere.
A. Employee Turnover
One of the problems of an organization that should be solved is the lacking of the
employee within the company or workplace. There are lots of reason why an employee did not
stick to the job or to the company where they belong or employed. The main reason is not
satisfied with the wages of the company. Leaving the job is the primary preference for a worker
to make. In addition, it's something they definitely don't trifle with. Certainly, a present-day
overview from CV-library has discovered that of the 66.7% of UK professionals which have left

an area of employment formerly, sixty-six percent discovered it to be a tough activity. In
addition, a similarly forty-two percent expressing that they felt irritating approximately doing as
such. Having low salary is not only the reason why they were leaving their job, there is some
