Overview of Selected Assessments
Self-Assessment tests help individuals learn more about themselves, who they are
regarding interests, personality types, work-related values, and attitudes among other factors

The three assessments that will be addressed are Maetrix for the Emotional intelligence
category, ‘How good is your decision making?' for the Decision-making style category, and
‘The leadership motivation assessment: How motivated are you to lead?’ for the Leadership
assessment category.

questions.
