Human resource is the most critical and pivotal pillar of every business organization. The
efficiency, productivity, and motivation of business human resources determine its success or
failure. Notably, despite organizations endowment with vast amounts of resources and
technology, human resources remains critical to mobilize such resources and convert them into a
marketable output. Consequently, attitudes, values, organizational environment, and hurdles that
exist in businesses significantly affect human resources / employees productivity either
positively or negatively. A dynamic workforce has their interests aligned with those of the firms
