I have a book review due Thursday. I’ve given it my best shot at it but I couldn’t get it down please help. This book review is my final paper that comes with an presentation portion all of this is in the rubric.

Charting Your Course Evaluation/Grading Scale: Examinations (60%) - Four tests will be administered each worth 15% of your final grade. Each exam will cover four (4) chapters and worth 100 points. These exams will be taken in the classroom and may contain a variety of true/false, multiple choice, and fill in the blank questions. Chapter Quizzes (15%) - At the conclusion of every chapter, students will be given a quiz worth 10 points each. These quizzes will consist of ten (10) questions worth one (1) point each and be a variety of truel false, multiple choice, and fill-in the blank questions. These questions may be included on exams and the quizzes can be used as a study guide for exams. Book Review Assignment & Presentation (15% & 10%) - The purpose of this assignment is to acquain students with the literature that is available on the topic of leisure. It is hoped that the student will come away having been significantly impacted by the book selected. The assignment will consist of a written project (book review) and a class presentation (including Powerpoint). The book review should be between 2000-2500 words in length. The review should be more than simply a book report or summary the material read. The student should look critically at the material presented. The main portion of the assignment should be an assessment of the point(s) that the author was trying to convey and the effectiveness of this conveyance as well as the contribution of this book to the field of leisure and the student's professional (and possibly personal) life. Assignment is due on April 6 via e-mail only. Components to incorporate in the book review should include the following: Queres noch he *Discuss the author's main points. *What are the strengths and weaknesses of the book? *What contribution does this book make to the concept of leisure? *How did this book change your perspective on leisure? *How will this book impact you as you pursue a career in HSTM? *** Each one of the above should have a separate APA 6th edition subheading no works cited reference page (098) It is important to include specific examples/duotes from the book. As you review your writing, examir organization of what you have written, including the use of logic and evidence. Book approval is due Jan. 22, 2018 and cannot be changed for any reason. If your book is not approved by that date (e- confirmation from me saying it has been approved), you have lost opportunity to complete this assig and therefore lost 25% of your grade. NO EXCEPTIONS. Book Review Rubric (40) Correct sentence structure, grammar, subheadings, etc. Deductions 1-40 poir (20) Typed, 12 point, Times New Roman font, double-spaced throughout. (A/N) (30) Use of APA style for quotes, running headers, page margins, page numbers, subheadings, and reference page. (A/N) (10) Length requirement (2000-2500 words).
