Problem statement;
Macdonald, Lund, Blanchette, and Mccullough (2014) conducted a survey of 200 managers and found that 75% of them failed to comply with EPA requirements. Although many junior managers are successful in ensuring the compliance of mining companies with EPA regulations, very little research has been conducted on how this process happens in the Ghanaian mining sector (Bansah et al., 2016).
