Established in the year 1919 by Conrad Hilton, Hilton Hotels and Resorts, a
hospitality industry based organization, is a brand of resorts and hotels based all over
the world. As of the year 2017, the hotel had over 570 hotels and resorts in
approximately 85 countries which are spread over six continents. Therefore, the hotel
would be viewed as a global phenomenon. In the light of the above introductory
remarks, this paper seeks to highlight strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
of the Hilton Hotels and Resorts company.

Owing to the long period of time that the hotel has been in operation, the
