Technologies are robust, fast and efficient but also happen to have their weaknesses.
Hackers have been known to look for these weaknesses, study them, and then use them to gain
access to private information. Ports are among the vulnerabilities that have been known to attract
hackers, that means that the more they are, the higher the chances that a hacker will have in
accessing and breaking into folders. Many ports on the Honeypot makes it possible for the
hacker to access the device (Information Technology, 2016).

The first act that a hacker does is to perform some scans trying to locate a weak point.
