Introduction
The ability of an organization to enhance effective communication process is essential in
ensuring that the organization achieves the highest level of success in its operations. Good
communication skills are therefore an integral part of organization’s daily operations to facilitate
employee engagement, enhance workflow process, create team effectiveness and improve the
client relationships. Whenever there is disagreement in the workplace, effective communication
process can be used to find a solution so as to avoid conflicts and any form of misunderstanding.
