Benefits and uses of Garlic
Garlic is a plant that is closely related to the onion category. It also has a very rich history
of benefits and all the good things. It originated from central Asia and some parts of Iran. It
specifically grows in places that have been naturalized. It also has different types of garlic and
can be easily identified. They all belong to the same species and mostly serve the same purpose.
These different types of garlic grow in different parts of Europe and Asia. China provides 80
percent of the garlic in the world. Drawings of garlic are dated back to 3200 B.C. in Egypt they
were very high prices that you could use them as currency. They fed the slaves to make to make
them stronger. Their spread was rampant because more countries continued to be highly
embraced all over the world.
China being the country that provides the biggest percentage of garlic, it has its unique
ways of how they use it. Mostly they use it as medicine for a lot of different things. Chinese
garlic cures a lot of things and it is used in different ways as medicine. Some people use it to
cure cancer and clean their blood. It is also good for helping people who are battling high blood
pressure. The Chinese garlic also cures stomach issues. It is therefore mostly used as medicine.
In Italy, everything is completely opposite. Garlic is still used as medicine but mostly it is used
as a flavor for their dishes. They use it in almost all their dishes whether meat or just vegetable
dishes. They mainly use as flavor than medicine. In Iran garlic has always been used...
