Introduction
Engaging in different activities often results from the motivation, intrinsic or otherwise,
to engage in the said activities. However, much as the human needs may be a positive catalyst
for such involvement, there could be cases where one experiences significant negativity about
different issues. Depression is one form of mental disorder in which one consistently experiences
negative moods, much to the extent that he or she primarily has negative orientations towards
different activities or issues. Consequently, there have been different studies conducted with the
primary intent of understanding the health issue, with the aim of providing an evidence-based
approach that would aid doctors to deal with cases of depression in the most appropriate way.
However, to engage the patients in any form of treatment, the health practitioners must first
engage in a diagnosis process, which has informed the efforts to conduct research on the
condition’s manifestation as well.

The method used by a scholar in conducting any particular study is always of as much
importance as is the appropriate presentation if the work is done. One of the primary issues that
