The A idea behind the entire design is to use the landscape to create desirable views from all directions by having lots of windows to provide natural light. Along with the tower, B B B that is inserted into the landscape, a quarter of the tower’s first level in sheltered by FLOOR ONE the earth. Earth sheltering cools building temperature andFLOOR reduces the use of enFLOORthe ONE TWO FLOOR THREE ergy. In addition to many amazing features the tower has rooftop gardens on level FLOOR TWO three and four. The Boathouse sits on the edge of the site and canopies over the dock and water. The dock is connected to the boardwalk, this makes for a great path for the tourist. This provides great access for tourist and boat movability The structure of the boathouse consists of three levels; level three has a rooftop garden that absorbs all the sunlight for healthy fruits during the summer for tourist. The landscape has an important role in the structure, function and aesthetics of the tower, boathouse, dock and boardwalk.
