CED 631 Milestone One Guidelines and Rubric In this milestone, you will submit a brief assessment of national and local housing policy. You will also assess how these policies shaped local historic housing development patterns. Prompt: You will provide an overview of the history of housing development in the United States and explain how federal policies were developed in support of this effort. You will research and document housing development policies and ordinances that exist in the community in which you propose to develop your affordable housing project.
