Introduction
The workforces are demanding quicker and uninterrupted data access as well as the
freedom to work at the device of their choice, anytime, and anywhere. While is important that
the members of staff to gather to cooperate, share ideas, and collaborate, the expectations of the
employees, and the work world are evolving and changing more rapidly than ever before. The
work future shall need new information technology approaches and styles in supporting the
mobile millennial workforce. The changes and dynamic business environment raise certain
queries associated with the mobile readiness of a company to adopt Mobile Device Management
or Bring Your Own Device policy. The companies should have the right collaborative culture to
be able to manage communication among dispersed workforces. While Facebook and Yahoo
have offered a solution to the management of communication among dispersed workforces by
the establishment of in-house work policies, every organization need to devise mobile strategies,
plans, and programs which fit its business goal and culture. To have an effective and reliable
team as well as to be an effective communicator, we must understand and be aware who we are
and also recognize and comprehend the individuals we work together with. When the company
has a clear view on the way to support its mobile workers, it may easily acquire the gains of
dispersed workforces, such as maximized productivity, administration of IT, improved
communication, and decreased travel costs. Yet navigation of mobility matters and consequent
