The caring science theory has pros and cons as a framework and it is applicable to the
practice of nursing. The major strength of the theory is that it improves the interactions between
the nurses and patients that enhance practice for patients. The nurses are able to offer improved,

based on the value system of a person and personal in nature. Another advantage of Theory of
