Two business organizations after careful analysis of the business environment found that
the best strategy for both of them is to merge into a single entity. Despite the reason for merging,
the new business entity has a strong competitive advantage over other similar businesses because
it has a lot of resources and a big workforce. However, this workforce is only productive if they
work together as a single unit. The two companies, despite the fact that they are both in the
technology industry, may have different company cultures. One company is in the United States
while the other is in Canada. They are affected by different constitutions. These differences in
legal laws may also shape the company culture thus differencing the two companies.
To solve the problem of the cultural difference between the two companies, I have
