This is an adolescent interview which involved a boy named Ryan. The boy is 12 years old
and he is in the 5th grade. Ryan has two siblings. The siblings are twins and are newborns of about
five months. The interview will take place at Ryan’s home. This is because he suffers from mental
disorder, so his parents thought it better if the interview took place at his house. He will be much
comfortable from his house too. Ryan has low muscle tone; his head appears a little bigger as
compared to his body size. He has big blue eyes and his skin tone appears somehow pale. His hair
seems to be very healthy, shiny dark black. From my observation, Ryan seems to have challenges
in talking or concentration. He expresses repetitive behaviors while communicating. His
concentration level is very low. He tends to forget that he was talking and starts to concentrate on
