Diversity at workplace brings people from diverse cultures, background, ages, gender sex
and generations to work in harmony for the common good of the organizations. Workplace
diversity is important for an organization because it leads to an effective delivery of service

from a diverse background. Among the major areas of diversity that have a significant impact on
