SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Revision, Operations Improvement. Comcast West Division had a labor intensive and manual internal slate
processes that allowed talent teams to search for internal passive candidates. This procedure lacked efficiency.
Reengineering the internal slate request to be an automated task system afforded professional recruiters the
opportunity to fill in the necessary fields to request a slate with much more expediency. The utilization of VBA
and other excel skills, allowed for the creation of these workbooks.
Improving Reporting, Telling a Comprehensive Story. Provided diversity metrics to senior leadership teams.
Leadership to include, but not limited to, the President of Comcast West Division. Previously, this data did not
include information related to function leaders and exclusively entailed a high-level overview of the entire West
Division. Developed a scorecard, and is now sent out monthly, allows function leaders to see their data alongside
region leaders. Collaborated with other teams to find the best way to develop consistent reporting policies and
practices.
Meeting Goals, Overall Analytic Support. Developed a new reporting model to assist with the achievement of
the 2017 Veteran Hiring Goal as put forth by Comcast HQ. This goal entailed the hire of 10,000 active military,
veterans, and military spouses with a completion date of December 2017. Previously, metrics and progress
tracking toward the achievement of these goals was distributed with a mere high-level overview. Worked with
Headquarters to challenge the current data practice. Once confronted, a new reporting model was determined.
Now owning all military metrics for the West Division, the data is broken down and sent out monthly to all
organizational levels. All levels can now track their individual progress more closely to assess the trend to goal.
