relationship development

Emotional intelligence refers to a person's ability to control their emotions in addition to
helping others to manage theirs. For a person to possess this intelligence, they must have the
ability to tame their own emotions when they arise and can they think of driving to a solution
to the problem affecting them. Additionally, one must have emotional awareness and abilities
to regulate them and at the same time control those of other maybe by calming them or
providing a motivation. People can have numerous personalities which may influence their
emotions. The four significant measures of one's personalities that bring out their abilities to
respond to emotions at any given time include (Test, 2015);
