Introduction
There is a series of perspectives that are used to achieve different insight into an
organization. There are rules that underline what is suitable in the micro-society and the rules
that are not acceptable. Hofstede developed the idea of a business organization having a certain
form of culture. The research done by Hofstede mainly focused on the ways through which
national culture is measured and how various measures can work differently when placed on
varying contexts. The cultural values shown to be vital on the national culture platform would be
reflected on the way businesses in any nation are organized and how they operate (Bakir,
Blodgett, Vitell, & Rose, 2015).

Power distance dimension is concerned on the extent to which members who are less
powerful in an organization within a certain country accept that power is distributed unequally.
