Organizational hange in a organization is one major achievement to the organization more so if
the change is for the positive aspect or side of the organization. But despite the achievement,
people normally resist such changes in an organization whereby the large group that normally
resists such changes are the employees. The main reasons for their resistance to those changes
are; they fear that they are going to lose their jobs which might be brought by the organizational
change to bring machines in their places of work. Also the strategy that is used in
communication is another crucial reasons why their might resist the organizational change which
is brought by the way in which the change process is communicated where giving them the
reasons as to why, what, how, when, and how is that change going to be of benefit contributes to
