Question description

The assignment has to be 400-600 words and the chapter starts on page 111 of the pdf and you only have to read "Cave’s chapter 6 “Beatrice’s Smile" in which he sketches the historical role of the idea of the Soul, especially with respect to Western Christianity. Finding a big interest in this chapter is what is supposed to give rise to the idea of the Soul, and what the cultural consequences of that idea have been.

Question needed answered:

So I have to explain why is finding heaven such important issue when it comes to Soul Narrative. What is Soul Narrative?

Why is that issue such a tough one?

What are the pro and cons and why is this a tough subject to discuss. What distinguishes the Soul narrative is the contention that a person is essentially non-physical, a non-physical object of some particular sort.

Why does the Soul Narrative feature reincarnation so prominently as an option?
