Description
My 2006 PT Cruiser is over heating and I started it today and let it run at idle speed to see if it would overheat and it did because the fan is not coming on to cool the engine when it gets hot. Looking for the simple fixes first before I have to take it to a mechanic. TY

RTM 404 SDSU Impact of Tourism on Other Communities: Toraja communities
Among the Toraja people of Sulawesi, Indonesia, not all was going well with tourism. In fact, resentment became so great over the way in which sacred funeral ceremonies were being adapted to meet tourists’ needs that in the late 1980s, a number of Toraja communities simply refused to accept tourists. The result is that host communities find culture and traditions under threat from the purchasing power of the tourism industry. Neither are tourists better off from the cultural viewpoint. Instead of getting rich and authentic cultural insights and experiences, tourists get staged authenticity; instead of getting exotic culture, they get kitsch. Question: Within the context of the narrative presented above, discuss 4 cultural differences (Scollon and Scollon, 1995) that may have prompted the Toraja communities to resist the threats posed by tourism. Your answer must be a minimum of 700 words and maximum of 1000 words. In many Muslim countries, strict standards exist regarding the appearance and behavior of Muslim women, who must carefully cover themselves in public. Tourists in these countries often disregard or are unaware of these standards, ignoring the prevalent dress code, appearing half-dressed (by local standards) in revealing shorts, skirts or even bikinis, sunbathing topless at the beach or consuming large quantities of alcohol openly. Besides creating ill-will, this kind of behavior can be an incentive for locals not to respect their own traditions and religion anymore, leading to tensions within the local community. The same types of culture clashes happen in conservative Christian communities in Polynesia, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. Question: Using the contact hypothesis, describe the potential outcomes of the tourist-host contact indicated above. Be sure to discuss the outcomes in terms of tourist-host attitudes, interactions, perceptions, values, and communication. Your answer must be a minimum of 700 words and maximum of 1000 words. Please refer any citation, thanks!

Applied Behavior Analysis Paper
Please use the vignettes below and identify a differential reinforcement procedure that is most appropriate for each of these situations and type of behavior to address the problem, and describe your procedures (include the specific DR procedure and why, data collection methods, type of reinforcement and the procedure, and hypothetical data depicting baseline and intervention outcomes.)Behavior problem:1. Jack is a five year old Kindergarten student diagnosed with high functioning autism who hits and kicks peers in close proximity when sitting on the floor during circle time and while lining up to transition to other settings. Baseline data indicate that the student hits or kicks his peers approximately every 70 seconds. Jack is highly reinforced by jumping on the trampoline in the classroom.2. Marie is a 30 year old with a diagnosis of a mild developmental disability who attends an adult day program performing assembly tasks for pay per item assembled in accordance with the standards needed to sell the items to a client company. She recently has shown a reduction in her hourly production rates which has resulted in reduced paychecks as well as reduced revenues for the day program as a result of fewer assembled products.3. Jen is a 14 year old with a diagnosis of autism who has been having difficulty completing her morning routine and getting to her bus in time to go to school. This has resulted in conflicts between Jen and her parents as well as resulting in her mother having to drive her to school, making her late for work. Her parents would like to increase her proficiency and speed with getting up in the morning and completing her morning routine and getting the bus on time.4. Tom is a 15 year old with diagnoses of ADHD and difficulty with impulse control who tends to call out in class without being called on by the teacher or raising his hand. Due to the high frequency of the behavior (average of 15 times per hour), it seems complete elimination of the behavior may not be the best short-term approach. Hence, the IEP team has requested behavior consultation services to reduce the problem behavior to an "acceptable" rate per hour.

Strengths and weaknesses of Traditional Model and Stone's Model Discussion
Consider these two models for involuntary commitment and evaluate the strength and weakness of each.Traditional Model1. Presence of Major Mental Illness.2. Danger to Self or others due to Mental Illness.3. Patient is unable to decide on appropriate treatment.4. No less restrictive alternative than being hospitalized.Stone's ModelStone (1976) suggested scrapping dangerousness as a criterion for commitment, stating that too many mentally ill individuals will not get the treatment they need. He suggested the following criteria as an alternative to the Dangerousness Model:1. Reliable diagnosis of severe mental disorders.2. Mental disorder substantially impairs patient or is substantially disruptive to family or society.3. Treatment for the condition is available.4. There is no less intrusive treatment available.5. The patient will not accept treatment voluntarily.6. A reasonable person would not reject the voluntary treatment.APA style citation
