Discussion Question: Nursing research is used to study a dilemma or a problem in nursing. Examine a problem you have seen in nursing. Provide an overview of the problem and discuss why the problem should be studied. Provide rational and support for your answer. This answer should be different from the problem you are discussing in your PICOT question that you mentioned in DQ1.  Having said that, it still needs to a nursing issue and not a medical issue.

The main goals of any organization are to run smoothly and to provide the best possible quality to the customer; the patient. Despite our best efforts, there will inevitably be a problem or two in an organization that will need to be researched and resolved.
