Information flow is the transfer of data from its original settings to its end users (Watts &
Feltus, 2016). Information is quite essential in a company fails to which the company is deemed
to collapse. In a company, information flow is the flow of an individual’s ideas, opinions, facts
and data throughout the company.
In my company, there are a variety of levels of communication including the
intrapersonal, interpersonal, group, organizational and intercultural levels of communication.
Intrapersonal communication is the way we speak to ourselves in the company .quite notably
how we speak to ourselves greatly affects how we perform as a company. Interpersonal
communication level, on the other hand, involves people communicating with each other. We
communicate important information and also manage social interactions amongst us. This boosts
our morale and enables us to stay connected to the company’s goals.
