When  I  was  young  many  of  my  friends  were  on  probation.  I  sincerely  think  that  probation  is  the  best  choice  for  a  judge  when  considering  the  grading  of  the  crime  and  the  over  crowding  condition  of  the prison.
many of my friends who were on probation grew up to be productive individuals. I believe that this was the case because they got that little  boost  from  their  probation officer,  letting  them  know  that  they  were  not  alone  and  they  could  accomplish  whatever they set out to. I  believe  with  the  proper  guidance  anyone  can  become  a  success.
