Introduction
For my daycare business to succeed, it requires to find a competitive advantage which
marks the superior to my business. It is also perceived as valuable by your customers. The value
chain involves the sequences of activities that exist in every industry. The actions determine any
profit in a business performed efficiently with proper quality results such as whether customers
are willing to pay more for a resulting product than it costs to carry out those activities. If you
tweak the value chain to lower costs, customers will buy at your business rather than
