In this case, there is a critical issue aimed at facts that have been presented. To start with,
Walton Arts Center has seen some of the turnaround aimed for the better. By the coming of
Anita Scism who will serve as the second president of the Art Center, There was a resignation of
Bill Mitchell. He had a good record and portrayed a virtue of being responsible as well as the
growth and the success of the center. His resignation was driven by his burning desire to be a
president for a different performing Art in the areas of Virginia. Even though he resigned, he
made a recommendation for Anita to be the president. The recommendation was due to the
experience that Anita had having held the senior vice president position in the center. It is
believed that Ms. Scism had no option than to take the position and perform as postulated (Todd
& White, 2015). Besides her work with Mr. Mitchell, Anita was in a good position to perform as
she had already known the expectation of the Company. There was no significant change by
Anita becoming the president because she found an ample atmosphere that Mr. Mitchell had
