Ethics violation occurs when there is a misbehavior in the place of work. The kind of
misconduct can be of varied types, for instance, racial discrimination or gender biases. In a society
where one race is dominant, the minority races might face discrimination in a way that the major
may not purchase consumer products which may lead to few or no customers hence businesses
may experience losses.
Plan of Action
The plan of action can be a disciplinary action that will carry along with the behavior of conduct
in an organization from the occurrence to the termination. The plan of action outlined below:


Verbal warning- the offending employee may be given a warning verbally, and the
incidences should cease.



Written Warning- the offending employee may be given warning in written form if the
incident is recurring or if it is adverse.



Suspension- the offending employee may be forced to stop working for a specified period
of time, or it can lead to loss of jobs.



Discharge-the employee or employer interests and relationship should be served.
