Description
Question 1 on page 120 of Chapter 6
Your college or university has decided to evaluate the process by which students are advised about and registered for classes. As part of this evaluation, the registrar has asked a select team of students—you among them—to explain the actual process each of you went through individually during the last advising/registration cycle. These case studies collected from individual students—the customers—will be transmitted directly to a college-wide committee studying registration and advising problems. Your job is to give a detailed account of the process. Remain as objective as possible without giving opinions. If you had problems during the process, the facts you relate will speak for themselves. Simply describe the process you personally experienced, and then let the committee mem- bers judge for themselves whether the steps you describe should be a part of the process
