Case
The plaintif was a pedestrian who was injured when stepping from his truck on a street that is
owned and maintained by the City of Nile which is a defendant in this case. The plaintiff filed a
case of negligence action against the authority of the city and filed a motion summary judgment
to the local governmental and non-governmental employees.
Fact
The attorneys are responsible in knowing the presidential value of a case of a regulation before
relying upon it in an argument. Defendant claimed that the plaintif use of the street was not
permitted. The defendant owed him a no duty of the ordinary care. The court of trial offered a
