You will submit your Project Plan. The project plan is a Word document that is a combination of a written explanation of the Project Plan and the explanation of
the Control Plan. The WBS and timeline are represented with screenshots of the Gantt chart, resource chart, and cost table. Ensure each chart and graph is
properly noted and has text explanation.
Specifically the following critical elements must be addressed:

and tables.
a) Work Breakdown Structure: Describe all of the essential roles and functions required for implementing the solution. Who will be doing the work
and what, specifically, will they need to do?
b) Project Monitoring and Control Plan: How are you going to ensure that the project is going smoothly? What is your plan of attack to ensure that
all controls are adhered to? What is the defined critical path? Be sure that you frame your response for communicating effectively to your target
audiences. [
c) Timeline: What is the estimated amount of time for implementation? Create a visual representation that captures your timeline (e.g., Gantt
chart) based on the systems development life cycle.

Turner construction company is recognized as an international company that has decorated
landscape in 60 different countries with world most complex, sophisticated and spectacular
buildings which are famous as references on the geographical map. The company has more than
1500 employees in various fields such as engineering and IT experts. Additionally, Turner
International offers comprehensive services through designing, development and construction
stages of building projects. The company has regional operations based in Europe and central
Asia, Middle East, India, South East Asia and Latin America. Turner international company has
managed to operate in the global market by developing building designs and construction of the
iconic structure those key business accomplishments in the construction industry. Ideally,
technology in the construction of the building has widely used mobile devices transformed from
handheld to sophisticated gears. Other key innovations and technologies use building construction
include Aerogel, transparent aluminum, self-healing concrete, drones, 3D printers and Robotics
and virtual reality
Background
The Internet Age has significantly transformed the building designing and construction
industry in term of organization operational and technical expertise. The changes sparked by
innovation, invention, and integration of the technology in developing Iconic building designs and
application of technology have provided an ideal opportunity for construction industries to meet
clients' needs that strictly emphasizes on quality and standardized management processes ( Lee,
2014). The technology in the construction industry is making an enormous impact on the vital
sector of the global economy. The world economic forum provides critical insights into the fact

that technology is essential in reducing the cost of construction as well as ensuring completion of
projects on while improving the quality of building structures. The experts from Cytonn
Technologies assert that adoption of innovations such software, application, and platforms credited
as game changer supporting the advancement of expertise for a practitioner in the building and
construction industry. However, Turner international company recognizes technology innovations
in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The company holds an annual innovation
summit aimed at sharing and collaborating to achieve best practices. The innovations are meant to
make the company a pacesetter within the construction sector by attaining the great value of the
client and partners.
Problem Statement
The rapid growth of Turner Construction Company is one of the most extensive
construction management located in North America. Currently, the company manages
approximately 1500 oversee projects annually and employs 5000 experts from different part of the
world to work on respective projects (Calder, 2013). Multiple operations and project teams spread
in various part of the of the world, effective implantation of the company's progress halted due to
bulk data traversing from regional offices. The technologies used such exchanging 3-D print
designs, mobile application, internets information and digital solutions for building and
construction may face the challenge of losing vital information through secure data storage
systems. Additionally, digitization Turner's company infrastructure without appropriated data
storage may exposure the company to expose the company operations facing exponential pace at
which technology disrupts business due to loss of company information, clients' records,
employees information, transaction records through cybercrime activity such unethical hacking
companies vital information (Sweeney, 2016). Dealing with large data in a company like Turner

International Construction need secure storage that can only be accessible only by authorized
staffs. According to Calder (2013), lack of strategic management in protecting company’s virtual
assets such electronic information and IT systems may jeopardize customers' trust thus they divert
to competitors in building designs and construction industries that meet data security and privacy
laws. Additionally, the company must ensure the innovations, clients' information, company
documents are stored in secure site such secure socket layer (SSL), backing up data solutions and
use of authentication and password to access criminal from stealing private data (Calder, 2013).
Audience
The target audience for my proposal is the top level management such as CEO in Turner
international construction company and IT experts responsible for ensuring the security of data
stored. Additionally, the staffs who access and handle the company's information considered as an
essential part of strengthening data security. The communication strategies to the audience involve
of reminding of the mission statement which is the final goal that business can company look
forward to meeting customer satisfaction to ensure information of transaction is safe. Secondly,
identify the business objectives that need to hit to successful by having a competitive edge on using
innovations and technologies. Finally, a communication channel for disseminating information
can work best through Turners International construction company events and news. Additionally,
social media can also be a channel to reach out to the prospective audiences.
