Introduction
Due to the changes in the way that business is conducted in the current business
environment. Most of Germany companies have had to changes their business tactics and
strategies in order to cope with the technology and competition in today’s market. This is,
therefore, a topic that is literally unavoidable when it comes to discussing the current business
challenges and issues that the companies in Europe are facing as a result of the current business
trades. Due to the automation and optimization of the businesses processes in order to
accommodate these challenges, the human resource departments have had to mutate and evolve.
In order for these Germany companies to survive the current threats in the business environment,
they need to adopt the twenty-first-century technology in order to deal with the ever-changing
business environment. Innovative strategies and business skills that include automation to
counter the shortage of labor, processes optimization so as to work lower costs of production and
use of the internet to market their products. The main objective of this paper is to discuss the
impact on the human resource in the Germany companies, give the department motivation while
suggesting some of the possible solutions to the current challenges that the businesses are facing.

has literally revolutionized the way business is conducted and people are able to literally shop

not need to travel to around the market territories but use the internet and other advertising
