difference is the ability of the firms to deal with such uncertainties wherever they arise (Phillips,
2015). Therefore, the success of every organization is primarily based on the level of planning
and preparedness concerning disaster recovery and business continuity. An organization that can
persevere in such uncertainties stand a chance of remaining competitive because it would ensure
that there is business continuity even after a disaster strikes it.
