Good leadership refers to the influence and encouragement of employees to achieve
organizational goals and effectiveness. Most leaders often follow one or two of the favorite
leadership styles that they feel comfortable. But the challenge is that most prominent leaders
shows different types of leadership in their tools and are familiar with diagnostic situations and
the use of appropriate guidance, according to David Jones, Deputy Management Professor at the
University of Vermont.
Jones presents the five forms taken from the theory of leaders and research that they think
is essential to all leaders when the tool rotates:
Address: You are not a dictator, but it is clear that you have made the work goal for your
team. You have learned to give the structure and skills to clarify the understanding of your
employees about their roles. If necessary, and this is not always bad, because some people say
you may need micromanagement.
Support: When he is quick and enthusiastic, he heads support. You worry about the

Designing Team and Team Identity
Part 1
A team is a group of people that have different abilities and create a united effort in
which each member benefits from strengths and weakens his weaknesses. As a result of the
combined effort of all the team members, the team manages to accomplish more activities than it
would have by the combination of the tasks of each team member separately from the team. For
this purpose, it is a good idea to think about the team rather than individually. In this sense,
research has repeatedly shown how the leaders that focus on exclusively recruiting individual
stars for the team will fail the team, as such individuals will rarely adapt to the needs of the rest
of the team members (Mc Cleskey, 2014). Team leaders should as well have a consistent
interview script that is applied to all candidates and ensures that interviewers will seek the
diversity of the team. They must thus encourage the inclusion of different types of people on the
side.
There are three crucial steps to consider while building the team. First of all, the team
leader will have to find what he believes to be the best team members. Among other possible
factors, he will select such team members depending on their experience and their skills.

Secondly, he will need to assign the tasks to each of these team members. Ideally, such
assignation will take into account the capabilities of the different members, as this situation will
result in a higher efficiency as the team members will do the tasks they're best at. Lastly, the
team leader will need to promote the creation of fluid communication between the different team
members. This communication flow will enable, among others, the share of opinions and
feedback about the various tasks, aside from letting the team members ask for help from
somebody else whenever necessary.
Part 2
The team leader will need different resources to establish the team identity. Some of the
most relevant resources include time, energy, and intention. Also give your team an opportunity
to openly discuss the 4 C's of a Team Identity: clarity, commitment, contribution, and concerns.

vocational and inter-professional.
The number of possible solutions should help the involved leaders to come up with the
