Malaria is one of the major communicable diseases that have affected the world for many
years. Malaria is caused when an infected female Anopheles mosquito bites someone, the effects
of malaria has changed many nations in the current world, and most of these nations have not
been able to provide new strategies that will help in the eradication of malaria. This is because
some of these nations have not been fully developed. This is because these nations lack proper
treatment strategies and methods. Additionally, most of these nations lack appropriate or
adequate funds which they can use to buy the medicines which are needed to help in the
treatment of the diseases.
Since the year the 1900s, the community nurses have been performing in many parts of
the United States of America. The community nurses provided medicine to the sick individuals
who they identified within America. The application of the community nurses to take care of the
needs of the people in America (Bhatt 2015). As a result of the use or the roles performed by the
community nurse in various nations including America, numerous advantages have been
achieved such as a reduction in deaths caused by endemic diseases, and provision of better and
important ways through which can improve their lives. In most cases, the community nurses are
referred to as the public nurses. They are employed to work in several places including the
community health centres, and jails. As a result of their function in the community, the
community leaders have been able to create a secure connection between them and the people
they work on behalf.

immunizing the people within the community against certain diseases. For example, school
nurses have been given the responsibility of vaccinating the school children against certain
diseases (Network, 2015). On the other hand, the parish nurse is listed as a skilled nurse who
performs duties for the church; the parish nurse are important since they help in administering
health treatment to the people within the parish or the people who come to church. In general, the
community nurses test people for various diseases after which they make records of the people
who need medical attention and then refer them to other more prominent medical centres. These
community nurses have brought a significant positive change toward the fight against diseases in
various nations including the U.S.A.
