It is worth noting that stress is something that each individual has to deal with at one
point or another. At times, that nagging feeling of pressure, as well as that little burst of
adrenaline; can often result in precisely what we need to push us into action. However, whenever
one starts to feel overwhelmed by stress, this is the point it begins to become a challenge.
Different individuals react differently when under pressure whereby some thrive as others break.
Therefore, it is of great significance to learn how to handle stress as well as how to cope
