Phishing can be defined as a cybercrime in which a target is contacted via e-mail or text
or even through a phone call with someone posing as a legitimate institution in a bid to lure the
target into providing personal details such as passwords (Alsharnouby et al., 2015). The
information acquired through phishing can lead to identity theft or financial losses.
Despite the awareness efforts by companies to inform their employees on what phishing
