citizen should engage in voluntary work. They should involve in the decision-making with
regards to the safety of the community. The citizen should become more involved in public.
They should be more aware of their security. The government needs to take greater initiatives in
the community. They played a supportive role, they provide the facilities which the citizens
need. The government is simply a protector of the citizen from any violence. They provide the
safety of law and order. They are the provider of goods as well as services which the individual
cannot provide. Cooperation of citizen and the government are needed
The government imposes the rules, restrictions, the rules upon the citizen. All the legal
system in the society recognizes and enforces the obligation of every citizen. The obligations of
every citizen are the center when it comes to the social role of the law. Understanding the law as
a citizen is necessary, what does the law implies and what is the law all about.
In legal ways, the citizens are bound to obey the law. Violating the government laws can
lead to punishment and even imprisonment. Following the law is a part of our social contract. In
order to live in a peaceful way the individual must follow the government laws. The government
law allows the exercising of the personal freedom of an individual. The individual has the
obligation to act ethically and morally in a correct way. This is the foundation of the society on
how is supposed to operate especially in their everyday lives. The law keeps the individual to be
safe as well as providing the boundary between what is right and what is wrong.
