In the book of Mastering Leadership, Creative is defined in chapter 10 as the
continuous focus on the potential vision desired. On the other hand, Creativity is considered
the course of the current reality. It, therefore, takes the achievement of collaboration and
authentic in bringing the set vision to live over a given time. The creative structure also
involves the leadership capabilities. The leadership literature is the capabilities of leadership
that arise naturally on the creative structure of kind and mind of the business performance
