Ethics refer to the moral principles that govern the behaviour of a person or determines
how an activity should be done in an ethical way. Ethics, therefore, recommends the concepts
of the accepted and unaccepted behaviour. The parole board refers to the panel that comes
together and decides whether a prisoner should be set free after serving for at least a minimum
portion of the overall sentence time. Under normal circumstances, dealing with the whole
