Promote: Building on the exercise in week 5 delivers a storyboard in which three pathways are detailed of how your user might navigate all the necessary pages. In order to create these pathways you must detail all the content in the sites 7 pages. This will aid us in deciding how the user might go through the site to achieve our goals. (Use adobe in design ) Remember websites are non-linear in that they do not all have one path this is why we must imagine several ways pathways for our navigation. Deliverables: 1. 3-7 pages for each pathway (5 pathway in one page and you need 5 pages) 2. Explanation of how these pathways will solve certain goals 3. Sketches of how the design might look and what details will need to be solved Week 5 – Narrative Structure Who – who is the audience for your NFP/Charity? What demographics should we understand about them before we begin designing? Why – once your audience is determined we need to know why they would use the site you are going to design What – what will your audience do once they use the site? What actions would they benefit from having access too there? How do we ensure that they continue to use the site and get benefit from it. How – what methods, or features, will the user take advantage of in order to make a meaningful engagement with your selected charity. The organization inspires giving and empowers others to fundraise for sustainable water solutions. 100% of public donations are sent to local partners on the ground, who build and implement the projects. Q2.Explanation of why you are interested in this NFP/Charity: Clean water has become one of our most precious resources in the 21st century; in fact one in nine people live without access to clean and drinkable water. Question 3: Who: people who would like to go the poverty for help like volunteer teacher Why: when the volunteer decide to go those country, they need to do the prepare working and this is time to use the website and get the information or the philanthropist support the volunteers to those countries that to though our website to get the clean water and bring to them. WHAT: Nonprofit that brings clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries. WHERE: 20 developing countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. HOW: 100% of the nonprofit’s public donations go directly to clean water technologies that range from wells to water filtration. Answering this basic human need, charity: water offers a lot of opportunities to get involved, from volunteering to fundraising. One creative way to raise funds is to pledge your birthday, a campaign in which individuals decide that instead of receiving gifts, friends and family are encouraged to donate to charity: water.
