Within the confines of modern psychology, we perceive psychology as a new study field
whereby we are interested in history on the current psychology regardless of theories and
concepts of philosophical work discovered before it. Our work is based on, schools of thoughts,
people and ideas in the attempt to define psychology over the years. Each chapter has a different
subject matter that defines modern psychology.
Chapter 3: Psychology’s physiological influences.
In this chapter, (Schultz D.P & Schultz S.E, 2011) anticipate that each nerve of the body
has its specified energy and that replication of a specific nerve results to a particular
responsiveness and that each nerve stimulation has its own feeling that is distinct from others.
Having discovered this, there was urge to research on the pinpointing the importance of different
nerves in an organism (Muller J, 1833).
