leadership that a firm can define its successes or failures (Hao &Yazdanifard, 2015). When
the leaders are committed to the realization of the organizational goals, then the realizing of
success is not much of a struggle to them because they can easily orchestrate action. This act
of being able to drive an organization to success is the thin line that separates great leaders
from average or poor ones. For the better part of it, the style of leadership employed acts as
the driver towards the achievement of the desired result. Transactional leadership and
transformational leadership are the two most common methods of governance that are used
by most leaders in organizations, but each is distinctive from the other regarding its
conceptional and operational dynamic. This paper discusses the conceptual differences
between the two and further provides a detailed definition of organized leadership with
contrast to the Christian view on the subject matter.
