Essay:

  • Develop an argument that evaluates how the techniques of imperial administration used in Han China (206 B.C.E.–220 C.E.) and Imperial Rome (31 B.C.E.–476 C.E.) were similar/different.
The essay should be an argument, not just displaying evidence. For example, you could argue that Rome's technique of imperial administration was better than that in Han China because... I have attached the essay rubric below.
