POORLY IMPLEMENTED PROCESS
ANALYZING A POORLY IMPLEMENTED PROCESS
Employee motivation is one of the processes that make it easier to get the best employees
and be able to retain them, but this process does not take place at my workplace as the employer
do not put more effort in ensuring that the employees are motivated to improve the performance
of every employee (Ferinia, Yuniarsi, & Disman, 2016). Motivation can be defined merely as the
positive energy that can drive someone to perform better and achieve their goals either at the
workplace or their personal goals.
Motivation can be implemented in many ways, and the organization I work for there is
none of this forms being implemented from the team building activities which brings the
employees together, and this should be organized every quarter, but from the time I joined this
organization it has never organized any team building activity (Chakrabarti & Chatterjea, 2018).
The human resource manager should also major on salaries and incentives which also motivate
employees to some extent as I believe that employees should be paid according to their input in
the organization as well as the qualifications.
