Project Outline
Shines Constructions is one of the largest construction companies in the state. The
company specialized in the construction of bitumen roads and bridges. The company has recently
won a multi-billion tender to construct a 50 miles bridge over a period of two years. The bridge
is expected to connect two major coastal cities and will open up the two cities to commerce and
is expected to ease the movements of goods and people. With the bridge intended to serve the
people of the two regions, it is important to ensure that the bridge meets the different safety and
quality standards established. To ensure that the bridge meets the different standards established
in the construction industry, different quality systems will be employed. Ensuring that the current
construction project meets quality standards established will ensure users confidence. The
